Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patient older than 18 years diagnosed with acute pancreatitis
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients who were hospitalized two or several times within three months 2)Patients younger than 18 years of age 3)Serious underlying diseases affecting the detection of SF, such as a history of renal failure and patients with pancreatic tumors. 4)Previous diagnosis of cancer 5)pregnant women
