| The study is expected to show that maternal BMI influences hemodynamic stability during caesarean section under spinal anesthesia, with co-loading of intravenous fluids providing better blood pressure stability and reduced hypotension, particularly in women with higher BMI, thereby supporting BMI-based fluid management to improve maternal safety.Timepoint: Hemodynamic parameters (HR, SBP, DBP, MAP) will be recorded at baseline, immediately after spinal anesthesia (0 min), at 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 minutes intraoperatively. Maternal hypotension will be monitored from spinal anesthesia until 30 minutes. Vasopressors use and total intravenous fluid administered will be recorded until the end of surgery. | — |
