Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of either sex between the age group of 18 to 60 yrs. 2.Asymptomatic patients who are diagnosed with Urolithiasis with single and multiple urinary calculi ranges between 2mm to10mm. 3.Symptomatic Patients with single and multiple urinary calculi ranges between 2mm to 10mm with pain and dysuria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Staghorn calculus and impacted stone. 2. Gross hydronephrosis. 3. Patients suffering from systemetic diseases like uncontrolled Diabetis mellitus, Tuberculosis, HIV, Hepatitis. 4. Malignancy. 5. Impaired Renal Function. 6. Patients already on diuretics. 7. HB less then 10 g 8. Contraindications for paniyakshara like pitta prakruti patients, bleeding disorders, Esophageal varices, Portal hypertention. 9. Peptic ulcers. 10.Fever. 11.Patients undergoing treatment for any other serious illness
