Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy full term infants less than 6 months, who attended immunization clinic for vaccination as per the immunization program.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All infants who had history of admission in hospital for more than 48 hrs History of Perinatal asphyxia 1 min Apgar score less than 7 or delayed cry if born at home Intra-uterine growth retardation IUGR i.e. weight less than 10th centile for gestational age Children with progressive neurological damage Pre term deliveries less than 37 week of gestation Any baby has exposure of severe pain in past ie any minor surgical procedure Neonatal jaundice Neonate who fails OAE test
