Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients clinically diagnosed with lower limb varicose veins. 2. Participants between 40 to 60 years. 3. Individuals having varicose veins for at least 06 months prior to enrollment. 4. Participants engaged in a standing occupation (e teachers, shopkeepers, security staff, factory workers). 5. Subjects who stand for minimum 5 hours per day as part of their occupation. 6. Patients of both genders. 7. Patients giving the consent of participation, clinical examination and anthropometric measurements.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of venous surgery (e.g., saphenous vein stripping, Endovenous procedures). 2. Patients with congenital vascular anomalies. 3. Pregnancy 4. Patients with secondary varicosity due to DVT, severe systemic illnesses, such as uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, hypertension, Cardiac failure, Renal failure, Advanced liver disease, Tobacco history etc.
