Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All socio-economic status Pre diagnosed cases and cases diagnosed with straight led raise test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases associated with gross pathological changes where immediate surgical intervention is needed will be excluded from the study. Patients with systemic diseases and severe comorbidities will be excluded. Pregnant and lactating women.
