Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Subjects with signs and symptoms of urolithiasis and diagnosis confirmed by USG. 2)Size of the Urinary calculi less than 8mm 3)Subjects of both genders irrespective of caste, and socio-economic status 4)Age group 18-65years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Subjects previously diagnosed with impaired renal functions, malignancy, Tuberculosis of urinary tract. 2)Subjects with uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus and Hypertension. 3)Subjects who are contraindicated for the intake of Paneeya Kshara as mentioned in classics. Subjects with catheterized bladder.

Primary

Measure	Time frame
1.Pain 2. Burning micturition 3. Dysuria 4. Tenderness in renal angleTimepoint: primary outcome will be made on 0th , 15th and 30th day. Follow up assessment will be done on 45th day. Assessment of the size of the Urinary calculi by USG will be done on 0th (before treatment) and 30st day (after treatment).	—
