Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Any lower limb orthopedic surgery hip or knee replacement, proximal femur fracture or tibia fracture 2. Cognitively sound to follow instruction 3. No post-operative mobility restrictions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with signs of DVT 2. Multiple comorbidities heart disease, uncontrolled DM, uncontrolled hypertension 3. Surgeries of the lower limbs for malignancies
