Intervention1: Experimental Group: Participants will receive a combined physiotherapy and ultrasound therapy protocol for 40 minutes per session, 4 days per week for 4 weeks, consisting of:

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Subjects aged 18 to 60 years Subjects with unilateral (left or right) jaw pain Subjects with a pain score of more than 3 on the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) Subjects diagnosed with Anterior Disc Displacement with Reduction Subjects with myofascial pain or myofascial pain with limited mouth opening Subjects with tension-type headache associated with temporalis muscle tenderness
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Diagnosis of fibromyalgia, rheumatic, or neurological disorders History of neck or jaw fractures Dental loss, except third molars extracted more than 6 months ago Previous orofacial treatment (e.g., orthodontics or physiotherapy) within the past 6 months Initiation of any new treatment during the study period (e.g., occlusal splints or regular medication for more than 6 months)
