Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young women diagnosed with polycystic ovarian syndrome according to Rotterdam criteria Females who have never conceived Medically stable Willing to provide informed consent and participate in study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medical condition responsible for the symptoms of polycystic ovarian syndrome such as congenital hyperplasia androgen secreting tumour hyperprolactinemia or Cushing syndrome Current participation in any form of structured exercise Smokers Pregnancy Infective or inflammatory gynaecological conditions Women on oral contraceptives or other hormone treatments Subjects who have undergone surgery for PCOS or other gynaecological conditions Psychiatric or psychological disorders, or on medications for the same Have clinically defined musculoskeletal neurological or cardiovascular disorders
