Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed cases of gout with serum uric acid level greater than 6mg/dl in females and greater than 7mg/dl in males. Willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women. Current use of uric acid lowering allopathic drugs. Patients with severe systemic disease such as hypertension, CKD etc.
