Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient willing to participate in the study with written and informed consent. Patients with 6-10 IU TSH when peripheral thyroid hormone levels are within normal reference laboratory range. Patients having clinical features of Hypothyroidism. Diagnosed as per ICD-11 code 5A40.0 with Hypothyroidism who are on regular Thyroxine (up to 25 Mcg). Patients between the ages of 20 to 60yrs. DAS Scale- 21 values mild to moderate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant or lactating women. Secondary Hypothyroidism. Patient having any other major complicated disease like Diabetes mellitus,Cardiac disease, Tuberculosis, AIDS, etc. Patients contraindicated for Snehapana. Patients with TSH more than 10 IU. DAS Scale -21 values severe to extremely severe.
