Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: this study includes recreational overhead athletes those who are having unilateral or bilateral scapular dyskinesia along with core muscle endurance below the normative value according to McGill torso endurance test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: those athletes who are having history of fall associated injury to upper limb or chest should be excluded, diagnosed case of thoracic outlet syndrome, shoulder instability were excluded other spinal pelvic pain or disorder and all other neurological condition should not be include
