Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Presence of Articulation Disorder: Participants must exhibit speech sound errors like substitutions, omissions, distortions, or additions will be included. Language Proficiency: Native speakers of the language being assessed (e.g., Hindi, English) will be included. Cognitive Ability: Children with normal cognitive development (IQ more than 70) to ensure articulation issues are not due to intellectual disability will be included. Associated speech delay and disorders related with uncomplicated isolated language developmental delay and Speech problems carrying psychological ailments and speech problems related with mild Neuro-Muscular pathology which is un-complicated by systemic symptoms will be included.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Children with sensory, motor & total aphasia with significant brain dysfunctions. Speech delay and disorders associated with global developmental delay, Cerebral palsy, intellectual disability, head injury and other metabolic and storage disorders of the brain. Speech disorders associated with anatomical and structural problems of oral cavity like Cleft lip, tongue, Cleft palate etc. Speech disorders complicated by other systemic disorders and under drug therapy like anti- epileptic medications.
