Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. University-going students 2. Both genders (male & female) 3. Able to perform the intervention 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Students with Clinical stress symptoms. 2. Chronic smokers and those with a history of substance abuse. 3. Subjects had/having medications like antidepressants or any other drugs. 4. Subjects had or were having therapies like Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) or other therapies. 5. Students with severe injury, accident, and major disease. 6. Not consenting
