Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age above 13 years below 19 years Subjects having habits of dhyasana (Over eating), Akala bhojana (Untimely eating habits) and Asatmya Bhojana (Unacquainted food to oneself). Complaints of decreased appetite, indigestion, epigastric burning sensation, sour belching, and bloating. Subjects which come under ROME IV Criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 13 years and above 19 years. Known case of Juvenile Diabetes mellitus, Stress and Psychological Disorders. Pregnant and lactating women.
