Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with traumatic brain injury aged above 18 years who underwent non contrast computed tomography within 24 hours of trauma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under 18 years of age Patients with prexixting neurological disorders patients who failed to undergo non contrast computed tomography

To determine the prognostic accuaracy of midline shift and GCS in predicting clinical outcomesTimepoint: Week 1

To assess the neuroological status of the patient during discharge using GCS score Assess the functional outcome of patient using GOS Assess if there was need for any surgical interventionTimepoint: Week 2 6 months Week 2
