Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals meeting the International Classification of Diseases, 11th revision (ICD-11) diagnostic criteria for Anxiety disorders. Patients who score more than 5 on Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) scale will be included in the study. Patients giving consent to get enrolled in the study will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with conditions such as sleep apnoea, obese people having BMI of 30 or greater, restless legs syndrome will be excluded. Patients diagnosed with mixed anxiety and depressive disorders. Patients diagnosed with Substance use anxiety disorders. Patients having uncontrolled diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, thyroid disorders or any urinary complaint such as benign prostatic hyperplasia that impact sleep. Females with pregnancy or postpartum period will be excluded due to significant hormonal and sleep pattern changes during this time.
