Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients scheduled for Elective tonsillectomy Age group 5-60 years Informed consent obtained from patient or legal gaurdian ASA physical status 1 and 2
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known hypersensitivity to Tranexamic acid Pregnant and breast feeding women Patient not willing to give consent IF any coagulation disorders IF any comorbidities or malignancies
