Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of either gender aged 18-65 years. Patients having symptoms of Obesity (BMI greater than 25.0). Patients having symptoms of snoring. Patients fit for Basti Karma, Nasya Karma, and Gandusha. WHR (Waist and Hip ratio) above 0.90 for men and 0.85 for women, or greater than 1.0 for either sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating woman. Patient suffering from uncontrolled severe systemic disorders like HTN(above 160/100mm of Hg), D.M. (Presence of Neuropathy, slow-healing sores, etc.). Patients suffering from other systemic chronic disorders like Malignancy, Cardiac, and Renal disease. Patient suffering from gross deviation of the nasal septum and associated with other nasal pathologies like nasal polyps. Patient suffering from sleep apnea.
