Intervention1: ARIS( Aerobic resistance and inspiratory training): aerobic - stationary cycling resistance - weight cuffs inspiratory training - incentive spirometry all these exercises combined help

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: stage 4 and 5 of chronic kidney disease undergoing dialysis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: uncontrolled hypertension severe anemia unstable cardiac condition malignancy or history of malignancy type 1 diabetes mellitus subjects with peritoneal dialysis catheter severe respiratory illness
