Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Objective 1 Adults aged 30 to 65 years, any gender diagnosed with T2DM or HTN for a duration of 2 to 10 years Objective 2 Patients with T2DM or HTN Inclusion criteria includes Adults aged 30 to 65 years, any gender diagnosed with T2DM or HTN for 2 to 10 years Healthcare providers Healthcare providers including practitioners of Allopathy and AYUSH systems of medicine from government or private sectors and frontline health workers, including ASHAs and CHOs, involved in the management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus or Hypertension, regardless of gender or age.
Exclusion criteria
