Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient Showing maximum classical signs and symptoms such as Sadah Mutrapravrutti Saruj Mutrapravrutti Muhur muhur Mutrapravrutti Patients with symptoms burning micturation painful micturation frequency urgency suprapubic pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women and lactating Mother UTI assosciated with calculus which needs surgical intervention staghorncalculi Patient having malignancy diabetes BPH traumatic causes Chronic kidney disease renal transplant patient unexplained Hematuria Neurological diseases causing urinary retension presence of foreign bodies such as indwellingcatheters and other drainage devices Pus cells greater than 15hpf PH of urine greater than 5.5
