Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patient with Rome IV criteria 2)willing to participate 3 weeks yoga intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Organic GI disease 2)Major psychiatric disorders or recent psychotropic drug use 3)Recent use of antibiotics, laxatives, probiotics or gut motility drugs 4)Does not meet Rome IV criteria 5)Systemic inflammatory disease
