Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with classical signs and symptoms of Vataashthila BPH like Vinamutraanilasanga retention of urine, obstruction of flatus, obstruction of the stool. Ashthilavada ghana granthi,Increased Frequency, Urgency, Hesitancy, Weak Stream of Urine, Scanty Micturition, Painful Micturition, Burning micturition. Controlled case of Diabetes mellitus and Hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: CA Prostate Urethral stricture Benign and Malignant tumour of urethra Urethral injury, urethral calculi Patients with systemic diseases like uncontrolled Hypertension and uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus , Tuberculosis, STD, HIV, HBsAg.
