Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Probing Depth more than 5mm following phase I therapy. Acceptable oral hygiene prior to surgical therapy Radiographic evidence of similar pattern of bone loss in associated contralateral quadrants.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with history of aggressive periodontitis. Subjects who refuse to give written consent. Subjects with uncontrolled systemic disorders. Current Smokers or use of any form of tobacco use. Mobility of teeth at surgical sites. Patients with abnormal blood pattern. Medications known to affect the outcomes of periodontal therapy. Pregnant and/or lactating women. Patients who had undergone any periodontal therapy in the preceding 6 months.
