Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered staff nurses, 2. Minimum of 6 months clinical experience in inpatient units 3. Actively involved in patient handover from ward to ward, OT,ICU, 4. Willing to participate and who provide informed consent for the study. 5. Those who are willing to participate in the study 6. Those who can read and write either of Marathi Hindi and English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses with prior experience with PEPCI model 2. Nurses who have participated in similar studies before 6 months. 3. Nurses who are in relieving duty.
