Inclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with mobile Buttocks Breast Abdomen Chala Sphik Udara Sthana with or without BMI more than or equal to30 kg per m2 2.Subjects aged between 16 to 70 years. 3.Irrespective of the Gender Caste Occupation and Socioeconomic statusLevel of literacy 4.subjects who are willing to sign informed consent and participate
