Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both Male and Female with age group 20-60 years Individuals with NPRS 3-8 points NDI more than 10 Subjects with localized neck pain Neck pain with the duration of more than 3 months Postural and dysfunctional syndrome

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of Trauma History of malignancy Injury to the spinal cord IVDP Presence of any CNS disorder, such as brain injury Presence of neurological symptoms, such as burning sensation in the upper extremities. Cervical radiculopathy Presence of systemic inflammatory disease History of spinal surgery.
