Intervention1: Multisensory exercise training and intermittent pneumatic compression: Patient would be receiving Intermittent pneumatic compression and Multisensory exercise training like Warm up Tact

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient having type 2 diabetes more than 5 years and they should be diagnosed with diabetic neuropathy. while assessing joint position sense matching test there should be error more than 2degree.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient should not be diagnosed with autonomic dysfunction and not having any other type of neuropathies and neurological disorder such as stroke, TBI, no recent lower limb injury or surgery including amputation. patient should not be having severe pain and paraesthesia in lower limb.

Short Physical Performance Battery (SPPB) Neuropathy Specific Quality of Life Questionnaire (NeuroQol)Timepoint: Outcome will be assessed on baseline, reassessed after 4 week, after three months, a follow-up would be conducted
