Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Body mass index greater than 30 Hip to waist ratio for males greater than 0.90 for Females greater than 0.85 MoCA between 18 and 25 Global Physical Activity Questionnaire scale greater than 600 MET min per week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of any Neurological or psychiatric disorders Presence of any cardiovascular or musculoskeletal conditions Significant hearing or visual impairment Participation in any regular strength or balance or dual-task training program 6 months before the start of the study Substance abuse
