Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group above 60 years, Participants having sign and symptoms of Jaravastha: Dhatu-Kshaya, Indriya-Kshaya, Bala-Kshya, Utsaha-Kshaya, Sarva-Kriyashu-Asamartha

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants having systemic diseases like IHD, diabetes mellitus, autoimmune diseases, skin diseases, asthma, liver cirrhosis, chronic renal failure, malignancy or any other serious clinical conditions will be excluded. Participants having immobility will also be excluded.
