Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 60 years and above 2. Both the genders 3. Scores according to INSOMNIA SEVERITY INDEX scale (score between 8 to 28)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sleep disturbances due to frequent urination. 2. Patients suffering from Severe Psychiatric illnesses like chronic depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorders and are on anti-depressant and anti-psychotics medicine for more than 1 year. 3. Patient suffering from other sleep disorders like Sleep Apnoea and Restless Leg Syndrome.

To assess the action of indicated homeopathic medicine, selected using Murphy s Repertory, on improving insomnia in the elderly over six months, as measured by the Insomnia Severity Index scale.Timepoint: 0 month i.e. before treatment, after 3 months of treatment and 6 months at the end of treatment.
