Intervention1: Application of Manuka honey: After extraction of the indicated primary tooth under local anesthesia, the extraction socket allocated to the intervention arm will receive sterile medical

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged four to ten years requiring bilateral extraction of primary teeth indicated for therapeutic extraction. Children in good general health with no systemic illness. Children whose parents or guardians provide written informed consent and children who are cooperative for dental treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with known allergy to honey or bee products. Children with systemic diseases affecting wound healing. Children on long term antibiotic or steroid therapy. Presence of acute infection or abscess at the extraction site. Children with bleeding disorders or immunocompromised conditions. Uncooperative children.
