Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of age group between 18 to 60 years. 2. Both male and female patients will be selected. 3. 1st, 2nd degree internal haemorrhoids, with or without external associated haemorrhoids.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of age group less than 18 and more than 60 years. 2. 3rd and 4th degree i.e. prolapsed internal haemorrhoid, strangulated haemorrhoid, inflamed, thrombosed haemorrhoid. 3. Patient suffering from haemorrhoids with malignancy, liver disorder and other chronic disease. 4. HIV, HbsAg positive patients.

To study the efficacy of Durva Ghrut Guda Pichu in the management of 1st & 2nd degree internal haemorrhoids.Timepoint: 0th, 7th, 15th, 21st day.

MeasureTime frame
1. To find the cat effective, non surgical and alternative ayurvedic remedy for the management of 1st & 2nd degree internal haemorrhoids. 2. To study the detailed literature of Arsha (haemorrhoid) in ancient and modern texts.Timepoint: 0th, 7th, 15th, 21st day.
