Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Willingness to participate in the study and signing in the written consent form. (2) The study would be limited to naval sailors and officers. (3) The age would be confined above 25 to 40 years. (4) The subjects would be all rank wise category. (5) The independent variables would be selected yogic practices. (6) The participants will be assessed if suitable for practicing yogic practices based on physical preliminary exam. (7) All yoga practices will be conducted under the supervision of Duty Medical Officer present onboard.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Subject severe unstable psychiatric disorder, cognitive impairment that does not allow to follow the instructions. (2) The factors like climatic conditions, environmental and social-economic status are not to be taken into consideration. (3) Certain factors like life style, food habits, body alignment personal way of life, personnel under medication for lifestyle diseases and motivational factors are not to be taken into consideration for this study the day-to-day routines would not be controlled for this study. (4) Those do not give consent form.

Headache (Migraine disability score MIAS). PSYCHOLOGICAL VARIABLES 1. Occupational Stress (Questionnaire) 2. Life satisfaction (Questionnaire) 3. Job satisfaction (Questionnaire) Timepoint: Three months, 01 hr per day
