Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University teaching staff with non-specific low back pain of moderate intensity with a numerical pain rating scale score between 4 and 6 associated with prolonged sitting and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with specific spinal pathologies such as disc prolapse, fracture, infection, tumors, inflammatory conditions, neurological deficits, history of spinal surgery, pregnancy, severe low back pain with numerical pain rating scale more than 6 and those receiving any other treatment for low back pain.

MeasureTime frame
Pain intensity will be measured using Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS) Core muscle strength will be assessed using biofeedback.Timepoint: Baseline and 4 weeks of intervention
