Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Study participants must consent to research involvement in written documents. 2. The period of pregnancy is from 13 to 18 weeks of gestation at enrolment. 3. The mother shows no known obstetric or medical complications. 4. Mothers must be between 20 and 35 years old. 5. This study includes expectant mothers who have not decided on an elective C-section for delivery purposes. 6. Pregnant mother who belongs to Himachal is only a part of the study. 7. Regular health check-ups and compulsory medication by a doctor will be followed by the participant.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gestational diabetes, along with serious complications, represents one condition. 2. Significant obstetric or medical difficulties. 3. These expecting mothers had recently experienced major stressful events.
