Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: I. Known case of benign prostatic hyperplasia. II. Age group range from above 50 years with irrespective of religions & caste.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: I. Ca prostate , prostatitis, Acute & chronic retention of urine , stone formation , renal failure, Bladder neck stenosis , bladder diverticulum, neurogenic bladder , neoplasm of the bladder , urethral stricture. II. History of any prostate surgery III. Patient suffering with co-morbidity Except HTN IV. Patient showing IPSS score 20 to 35

1)Reduction of symptom evaluate by IPSS Score and USG Abdomen and pelvis Timepoint: 1) Total Duration of treatment 20 days. 2) Follow Up on Day 10 and Day 20. 3) Post Treatment Follow Up On Day 25.
