Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals currently employed as full time teachers in educational institutions, Active with full time teaching duties for at least the past six consecutive months, and Willingness to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with a diagnosed history or current presentation of severe mental illness, Non consenting individuals, and Parttime teachers, substitute teachers, on extended leave or retired teachers will be excluded

Assessment of Manas Prakruti types, levels of Perceived Stress, Burnout, and Resilience using Manas Prakruti Inventory, Perceived Stress Scale (PSS), Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI), and Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC-25) respectively. Statistical correlation coefficients between Manas Prakruti dominance and scores of Perceived Stress, Burnout, and Resilience.Timepoint: Day 1
