Intervention1: Transverse abdominals plane block and ilioinguinal iliohypogastric nerve block: Transverse abdominals plane block with 0.2% of ropivacaine 20ml on each side and ilioinguinal iliohypogas

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status I or II. elective lower segment caesarean section (LSCS) under spinal anaesthesia. Singleton, term pregnancy Women who can understand and read Hindi or English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Refusal to participate. Coagulopathy, anticoagulant therapy, or local infection at injection site. Known hypersensitivity to amide local anaesthetics. Morbid obesity Significant systemic illness (cardiac, hepatic, renal, neurological). History of chronic pain, regular opioid use, or psychiatric illness requiring medication. Conversion to general anaesthesia or major intraoperative complications (e.g., severe haemorrhage more than 1500 mL).
