Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All elective cases posted for endoscopic procedures Adult patients of age more than 18 years Patients with ASA grade I II III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency Patients Cardiac Patients Pregnant Women History of allergy to any particular drug

MeasureTime frame
To assess the hemodynamic changes in Propofol-Ketamine & Propofol-Fentanyl combinations in TIVA.Timepoint: Hemodynamic and other monitoring parameters will be observed continuously and recorded in both the groups at 1 minute and then at intervals of 5 minutes, till the end of the procedure.—
