Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult less then 65 years clinically diagnosed as cases of metabolic syndrome with age and gender matched with control group and willing to provide informed consent with able to undergo biochemical and genetic testing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having heart disorders other thancoronaryartery disease like cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disorder, congenital heart disease Patientswithknownmalignancyofanysite Pregnant and Lactating women Patients with serious Psychiatric disease

Difference in mean serum Fetuin-B levels in group with metabolic syndrome and group without metabolic syndrome will be performed, and the data will be expressed in ng/mL or pg/mLTimepoint: At Baseline
