Inclusion criteria: 1)Amateur Table tennis players 2)Aged 6 -18 years 3)Training for minimum 3 hours a week for 1 year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Less than 1 year of training experience 2)current injuries 3)chronic diseases
