Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Those fulfilling the diagnostic criteria Those willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with any pre-diagnosed clinical illness or hospitalisation in the past 1 year. Subjects taking psychological drugs,tobacco,alcohol and smoking. Subjects practicing meditation or any yogic practices in the past 6 months

Blood pressure, Pulse rate, Respiratory rate and Body mass index, Waist circumference.Timepoint: Assessments done at two time points: 1. Pre-assessment - Day 0- Before giving the intervention. 2. Post-assessment - Day 30 - After 4 weeks of Intervention.
