Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients 18-70 years old 2.Patients with aneurysmal Subarachnoid Haemorrhage confirmed by CT or CTA/DSA 3.Patients undergoing surgical clipping of the aneurysm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Other Intraoperative ECoG findings 2.Proportion of patients developing DCI in post operative period 3.Proportion of patients with preserved or impaired of cerebral autoregulation 4.Proportion of patients who develop cerebral vasospasm 5.Functional outcome with modified Rankin scale and GOSE scale at discharge 6.To look for association of intraoperative CSDs and postoperative DCI, impaired cerebral autoregulation and poor functional outcome
