Inclusion criteria: ASA GRADE I AND II,ELECTIVE SURGERY

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: PATIENT REFUSAL,ALLERGY TO LOCAL ANAESTHETIC DRUG ,PATIENT WITH PREGNANCY INDUCED HYPERTENSION , PATIENT WITH PRE EXISTING CARDIORESPIRATORY DISEASES,PATIENT WITH BLEEDING DISORDER.
