Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 18 and 58 years 2. Male and female8 3. Having chronic neck pain more than 3 months or 3 episodes per year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Neurological pain 2. traumatic neck pain (5month) 3. cervical stenosis 4.recent cervical fracture 5. recent dislocation
