Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient diagnosed with primary and subclinical hypothyroidism TSH upto 5 to 10. 2.willing to discontinue hormonal therapy 3.Ability to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patient with clinically significant renal,hepatic,endocrine(including diabetes) cardiac,pulmonary,pancreatic ,neurogenic and hepatic disorders 2.Women with pregnancy and lactation 3.Patient unwilling to sign the consent form 4.Patients with TSH greater than 10
