Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: all patients of gender with second degree internal hemorrhoids with age above 18 years will be included in this study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: External hemorrhoid Thrombosed hemorrhoids Recurrent hemorrhoids Grade 1 Grade 3 and Grade 4 Internal hemorrhoids patients on Anticoagulants and Antiplatelets medication will be excluded from study

The expected benefit of this comparative study is to identify the most effective safe and patient friendly treatment for second degree hemorrhoids By evaluating outcomes such as postoperative bleeding postoperative pain recovery time early ambulation postoperative hospital stay The study aims to guide clinicians in selecting optimal management strategies improving patient satisfaction and promoting evidence based cost effective care tailored to individual patient needsTimepoint: Postoperative anal pack will be removed at 6th hour 8th hour and 24 hour to look for any hemorrhage and pain assessed by visual analogue scale
